Please use this page to select color and border options for your stole. Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email from poeticsdesigns2020@gmail.com requesting your preferences regarding the stole's design. Feel free to include any reference photos you believe will best convey the essence of your vision. You will receive a draft of the design that you must approve before any work will begin. Once you have approved your design, the design is final. Your stole will be shipped within 14 days of design approval. Congrats, grad!
How It Works
Step 1: Place Your Order
At checkout, select your stole preferences and provide a brief description of what you’d like included. This helps me create the foundation for your mockup.Step 2: Vision Alignment
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email from poeticsdesigns2020@gmail.com with a rough draft based on your inputs at checkout. You may request changes or add details such as logos and reference photos.Step 3: Approve Your Design
A final digital draft of your stole will be sent for approval. Once you approve no additional changes can be made. No work begins until you approve. Please reply as soon as possible to avoid production delays.Step 4: Production & Shipping
Your stole will be handmade and shipped within 14 days of approval.Refund and Return Policy
Please note that refunds and returns are not accepted due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each stole. Orders are final once your payment has processed.
Processing and Shipping
Please allow up to 14 days after design approval for your stole to ship. Your package will be shipped Standard Ground via UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
