Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email from poeticsdesigns2020@gmail.com requesting your preferences regarding the stole's design. Feel free to include any reference photos you believe will best convey the essence of your vision. You will receive a draft of the design that you must approve before any work will begin. Once you have approved your design, the design is final. Your stole will be shipped within 14 days of design approval. Congrats, grad!
