STORE POLICIES

Processing Time: Each item is handmade and personalized. Most orders take up to 14 days to create before shipping.
Shipping Time: UPS Standard Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Carrier: Your item will be shipped via UPS. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Once you receive a tracking number, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. Poetic's Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please file any claims of lost or damaged items with the shipping carrier.

Custom Items: Because each product is personalized, returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted unless there was an error on Poetic's Designs' part.

Mockups & Approvals: Digital mockups may be provided for your custom order. Please carefully check all details (names, colors, dates, etc.) before approving.
Timely Response: Production begins once you approve the mockup. Any delays resulting from customers not approving mockups in a timely manner are the responsibility of the customer and may affect the expected delivery date.
Design Accuracy: Poetic's Designs is not responsible for errors missed during design approval.
No Changes After Approval: Once a mockup is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made to the design. Please ensure all details are correct before giving final approval.

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Please contact Poetic's Designs immediately if you need to cancel your order.
Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accommodated due to the custom nature of each product.
