How It Works
Step 1: Place Your Order
At checkout, select your stole preferences and provide a brief description of what you’d like included on your stole and cap. This helps me create the foundation for your mockup.Step 2: Vision Alignment
Within 72 hours, you’ll receive an email from poeticsdesigns2020@gmail.com with a rough draft based on your inputs at checkout. You may request changes or add details such as logos and reference photos.Step 3: Approve Your Design
A final digital draft of your package will be sent for approval. Once you approve no additional changes can be made. No work begins until you approve. Please reply as soon as possible to avoid production delays.Step 4: Production & Shipping
Your package will be handmade and shipped within 14 days of approval.Refund and Return Policy
Please note that refunds and returns are not accepted due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each package. Orders are final once your payment has processed.
Processing and Shipping
Please allow up to 14 days after design approval for your grad package to ship. Your package will be shipped Standard Ground via UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
